Exchange policy
Goods that are not included in the sale can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of of purchase.
Goods purchased within the sale can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
During the sales period, the exchange of goods will be based on the current price from the date of exchange.
The goods to be replaced must be in the same original condition upon purchase and accompanied by the price tag and original receipt.
The goods modified by the tailor are not valid for exchange or return.
Return policy
No amount will be refunded in cash and the value of what was paid via credit card will not be considered

البضاعة التي لا تشملها التخفيضات يمكن تبديلها خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.
البضاعة التي تم شراؤها ضمن التخفيضات يمكن تبديلها خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.
خلال فترة التخفيضات، يتم تبديل البضاعة بناءً على السعر الحالي في وقت التبديل.
البضاعة التي سيتم استبدالها يجب أن تكون بنفس الحالة الأصلية عند الشراء ومرفقة ببطاقة السعر والفاتورة الأصلية.
البضاعة المعدلة من قبل الخياط غير صالحة للتبديل أو الإرجاع.

لا يتم رد أي مبلغ نقداً، كما أن قيمة المبلغ المدفوع عبر البطاقة الائتمانية لا تؤخذ بالاعتبار.
