4. Order and Reservation Terms

Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation and/or receipt of the required payment or deposit. Once confirmed, the ordered items are reserved for the Client.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain orders. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule and no later than the order dispatch or delivery date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Order cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation occurs after order confirmation or processing, additional fees may apply.

  • If the Company cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, liability shall be limited to a refund of payments received.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information, including sizing, delivery details, and contact information, and to cooperate as necessary for order processing and fulfillment.

8. Order Processing, Delivery, and Deliverables

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to product availability, customization, or external factors. Standard delivery timelines range between 3 to 5 working days unless otherwise stated. Deliverables will be provided in the agreed format, size, and condition as displayed on the website or confirmed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights related to designs, images, videos, and raw materials remain the property of the Company. Ownership or licensing of final Deliverables will be as specified in the agreement or website terms.

10. Use of Images and Videos

The Company reserves the right to use product images, videos, or related content for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless the Client explicitly objects in writing.

11. Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers

The Company may engage third-party vendors or service providers for production, delivery, or related services. The Company is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties beyond its contractual obligations.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, supply chain issues, or technical failures.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.

14. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the products or Deliverables.

15. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of the order or Services unless disclosure is required by law.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction agreed between the parties. Courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.

18. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to future orders.
